Cash Only Business
St. Don Dammy LLC operates exclusively on a cash basis. We do not offer in-house financing, and we do not work with third-party lenders. All purchases must be completed with cash, a cashier's check, or a bank-issued money order made payable to St. Don Dammy LLC. Personal checks are not accepted. This policy allows us to keep our prices competitive and our process simple.

What to Bring on Purchase Day
Having everything ready before you arrive means we can complete your purchase quickly and get you on the road the same day.
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
A current, unexpired driver's license or state-issued ID is required for all buyers. The name on your ID must match the name on all purchase documents.
Full Purchase Amount in Cash or Cashier's Check
Bring the exact agreed-upon purchase price. Cashier's checks must be made payable to St. Don Dammy LLC and issued by a U.S. bank. We do not accept personal checks or payment apps.
Proof of Insurance
Georgia law requires all registered vehicles to carry minimum liability insurance. You must have active coverage in place before driving the vehicle off our lot. Have your insurance card or a digital copy ready.
Proof of Address
A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your current residential address. This is used to complete your title and registration paperwork accurately.
Your Mailing Address
Your title will be mailed to the address on file. Confirm your address is current and accurate before signing any documents.
Tag & Title Fee (if applicable)
Georgia requires payment of state tag and title fees at the time of purchase. These fees vary based on the vehicle and your county of residence. Our staff will walk you through the exact amounts.
After You Buy
Your Title — What to Expect
After your purchase is finalized, here is exactly what happens with your title.
Purchase Finalized
Once full payment is received and all paperwork is signed, your transaction is complete. You will receive a bill of sale as your proof of purchase.
Title Processing
We submit your title transfer paperwork to the Georgia Department of Revenue. Processing times are determined by the state and are outside of our control.
Title Mailed to You
Your clean title will be mailed directly to the address you provided within two (2) weeks of your final purchase date. Please ensure your mailing address is correct before leaving our office.
Register Your Vehicle
Once you receive your title, visit your local Georgia county tag office to complete vehicle registration and obtain your permanent license plate.
Title Delivered Within 2 Weeks
Your clean title will be mailed to the address you provide at the time of purchase. If you have not received it within 21 days, call us at 770.675.3675 and we will follow up with the state on your behalf at no charge.

Can I make payments or put a vehicle on hold?
We do not offer payment plans or in-house financing. All vehicles must be purchased in full at the time of sale. We do not hold vehicles without full payment.
What if my title takes longer than two weeks?
In most cases titles arrive within two weeks. If you have not received your title after 21 days, contact us directly at 770.675.3675 and we will follow up with the state on your behalf.
Do I need to bring my own insurance before I drive off?
Yes. Georgia law requires active liability insurance before a vehicle can be legally driven. You are responsible for securing coverage prior to your visit or before leaving our lot.
Can I bring a mechanic or have the vehicle inspected?
Absolutely. We encourage buyers to do their due diligence. You are welcome to bring a trusted mechanic or arrange a pre-purchase inspection before finalizing your purchase.
Are your vehicles sold as-is?
Yes. All vehicles are sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale. We price our vehicles fairly and transparently to reflect their condition.
